As more and more schools close for the corona virus quarantine, having some sort of homeschool schedule will be helpful! I made mine based on the ages and needs of my kids, but you can make adjustments for your family!
Our Daily Homeschool Schedule
Well, we are in quite a unique situation with the corona virus quarantine taking place in so many countries around the world! It’s something that I hope we will not see again in our life-time.
Since so many people are doing their part and practicing social distancing right now to prevent the spread of this virus, we are spending A LOT more time at home.
Some of us are trying to figure out how to work at home with our spouse or partner. Some of us are trying to figure out how to homeschool our kids while also keeping up with our work remotely.
It is HARD.
Check out my “7 real tips for working at home with your spouse or partner” HERE!
You can also see some products below that will be helpful to have over the next few weeks!
Hopefully you have been given school work from your child’s school to guide you in helping them learn. If not, don’t worry. You are not the only one and it will all be ok!
In the meantime, below is a list of resources that can help you!
The first two days I eased into our “new normal,” and didn’t have a set schedule. On the first day I thought, “Do I really need a schedule?” By day 2, I was holding on by a thread and realized that I needed some sort of guideline.
I have been using our homeschool schedule as a base line. If we finish something early or late or if we don’t complete something at all, I don’t sweat it.
I realize that I have two kids and they are young. If you have older kids or more than two kids, your schedule will probably look different!
Mine is based off of my son’s full day kindergarten schedule created by his school mixed with things that work for us and keep me sane!
