My Christmas Home Decor Essentials
This past year my home decor style has changed dramatically. I have gone from loving very decorated spaces to much more simple design. This has also happened with my Christmas decorations! Last year I has a lot more and I feel like it got lost. It also felt crowded. My house is 1,800 square feet, so we have to be smart at what we let into our home. I have been working hard at decluttering and getting rid of things. When I opened up my Christmas decor boxes and started going through everything, I realized that I wasn’t going to use half of it! I chose to donate the things that I wouldn’t use and repurpose the items that could be saved!
I also allowed myself to look at some new Christmas decor that matched my style better. Here’s where it gets exciting! This Christmas season, I’m leaning toward bright white spaces with pops of greenery, brass, and wooden materials. Here are a few Christmas or winter images from Pinterest that have stolen my heart!
