Adorable & Affordable Gold Bar Carts
I’m currently working on a living refresh for a client. I’m kind of obsessed with the space. We have taken her living room from dull and dark to classic and bright! By using different shades of gray, ivory and white, and natural wood, we have created the perfect sophisticated, yet relaxing space. You can see the vision boards for this space in my post, “Living Room Refresh: Gray, Ivory, & Natural Wood!”
When we talked about how my client envisioned using the room, she said that this space would be a place where she and her husband could come and relax, while their three children hung out in the family room. This would be an “adult” space, with dare I say, light-colored furniture! You can see some of the accent neutral chairs that we are deciding between in my post, “12 Gorgeous Accent Chairs Under $300!” On one of her trips to Habitat for Humanity’s Restore, she found a high top table for two. She liked the idea of having the table in the room for she and her husband to enjoy a cocktail together. Perhaps it would even feel like an escape!!! Uh, yeah…that sounds like the perfect living room to me!
Unfortunately, the high top table didn’t work in the living room after seeing it with the other pieces. Although my client had to give up the high top table, her dream of having cocktails in a relaxing space lives on! We are going to make this happen by adding an affordable gold bar cart in the room!
There are SO many bar carts out there right now! It was almost hard to choose, because they all look so similar and are all adorable! Luckily, we were able to narrow them down by their size, style, and price. All of these bar carts are under $200, but some of them are under $100!!! I’ll share which one my client chose below! Since narrowing down the choices, my client has finally decided on this one below! I’m LOVING this bar cart for her living room! It adds a bit of sophistication, but flows nicely with the serene and cozy surroundings. We are planning to put THIS round brass mirror above it! It’s on sale too!
